How long is the program?
You choose 4 or 6 months. Real change takes months, not weeks, and the goal is results you keep.
Can I still eat out?
Yes. If you eat out regularly, it's part of your normal week, so we plan for it instead of treating every dinner like a special occasion.
I've tried everything. Why would this work?
Because you've been guessing. Most women I coach are already working out. What's missing is the plan behind it: eating enough, lifting with progressive overload, and a weekend that doesn't undo the week.
How much time does it take?
Three to four lifting sessions a week, three 30-minute cardio sessions, and at least 7,000 steps a day. It's built to fit around a full-time job.
How much does it cost?
Sign up by November 30 and you pay a $100 setup fee with nothing for December. We go over monthly pricing for your program length on your call.
Can I train at home?
[ASSUMPTION: verify with Liv] Your program is built around the equipment you have. A gym gives you the most options, but we can make a home setup work.
What happens on the call?
After you apply, my team texts you to set up a short phone call. We talk about your goals, your schedule and what you've tried. If coaching isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.
